Should the BBC lose their license?

Nothing has been brought as low as state run and mainstream media over recent years but it seems, the BBC found a way to hit the bottom, then just kept digging and are now plumbing new depths.  As a state sponsored broadcaster, their reputation for corruption and fake news, takes the reputation of an entire country down with them.

However, perhaps none have fallen so far as the British Broadcasting Company.   Highly controversially, this is an organisation benefitting from a monopoly and enforce state funding.  Taking large amounts of money from the EU and other vested interests the BBC appear to have strayed far outside the terms of their license.  Indeed, far beyond all accountability and now, perhaps even legality.
Now, we see the BBC acting as a sort of hit man attacking prominent figures that would dissent against the government, or indeed, the 2 mainstream parties and the globalists behind them.
Many have been watching BBC coverage of key issues such as Brexit, matters involving racism and immigration and the overt persecution of individuals not in agreement with the globalist agenda with mounting horror turning to anger.

The BBC launched an extremely overt propaganda war against the likes of MEP Nigel Farage, UKIP and key figures within the party such as Gerard Batten (The UK’s third largest political party),  psychologist Jordan Peterson and many others.  But perhaps, no one has been so smeared and maligned by the BBC as Stephen Yaxley Lennon (aka, Tommy Robinson).

These extremely unwise smear campaigns against individuals and parties, the absolutely clear bias and prejudicial coverage of facts surrounding several of the biggest issues of the day have  ensured that the mainstream media are now the least trusted professional group in the UK.  A trend repeating across the US and Europe.  Indeed, several ex BBC employees, such as writers and others have been posting their experiences concerning BBC corruption and manipulation in videos and articles all over the internet.  Ranging from being forced to create baseless hit pieces on individuals based upon extremely dubious information, up to being told to create entirely baseless and untrue stories in order to keep getting hired.
Nothing has been more surprising than the videos and recordings from the Tommy Robinson camp at the beggining of this week which have marked yet another crisis within the BBC exposing corruption, bias, double dealing and the creation of utterly fake news.  Not to mention a state funded organisation overtly involved in persecuting individuals with whom they do not agree.
The BBC receives enormous amounts of public funds, 3.7bn in license fees alone and various funding from the European Union for whom they have been a strong advocate and certainly not without tremendous bias.  Whereas the UK license fee payment is largely guaranteed,  EU funding always comes with a contract attached and usually a key principle within such contracts is that an individual or organisation do nothing against the interests of the European Union.
So, by any measure, the BBC alone receives enough funding to keep a small country running and hence some of the salaries recieved by BBC employees are hugely disproportionate to that of ordinary people.  It seems this has lead to a feeling that they are not bound by the same rules, standards or even perhaps, laws, which govern the rest of us.
If a Brit is brave enough to dissent from paying the BBC license fee to be force fed propaganda, they can expects endless harassment and intimidation from collections agents who are often, little more than hired thugs.  That license, barely pays the champaign and cocktail bill for one senior reporter for an evening, as we now know.
So, on what condition do the BBC get gifted a monopoly over UK media?
The BBC operates under Royal Charter which was last renewed on the 1st January 2017 and may stay in place for 10 years.
Recent years have seen the BBC move from what was essentially, self regulation, to regulation by Ofcom.   The general regulator for most media and communications services in the UK.   Ofcom has often been widely criticised for being too close to vested interests in the organisations which they regulate, such as British Telecom, and often accused by analysts and consultants of failing to act in the best interests of the country.  Indeed, it is often cited by IT analysts as being one of the  key reasons that UK IT Infrastructure is fallling further and further behind the rest of the developed world.  Now, it seems that they may be failing the public again, in spectacular style.  For if there has ever been a time in history, when a regulated entity needed to feel the guiding hand of authority, it is now and that organisation, is the BBC.
The charter is a long document but a surprisingly reader friendly one.   There are some very clear terms under which the BBC must operate or risk losing the charter under which they are granted the right to operate as a broadcaster, and boy, have they broken a few rules lately.   No, they did not just break a few rules, they shredded the rule book and then they burned it.
Here are some key principles and terms by which the BBC are meant to be bound, forming, the key terms that we will focus on for this article.
Articles which they have manifestly, and very publicly, breached:
3. The Independence of the BBC.
 (1)         The BBC must be independent in all matters concerning the fulfilment of its Mission and the promotion of the Public Purposes, particularly as regards editorial and creative decision, the times and manner in which its output and services are supplied, and in the management of its affairs.
4:  The BBC’s object ie; the fundamental purpose of the BBC.
The BBC’s object is the fulfilment of its Mission and the promotion of the Public Purposes.

5:  The BBC’s Mission

The Mission of the BBC is to act in the public interest, serving all audiences through the provision of impartial, high-quality and distinctive output and services which inform, educate and entertain.
We could go on with this for quite a while, there is indeed further definition to some of these terms but the key message is clear, though the charter goes even further in defining what the term ‘public purpose’ means.
To provide impartial news and information to help people understand and engage with the world around them.

and to reflect the United Kingdom, its culture and values to the world.

More generally, the BBC are obliged to follow the Ofcom Standards Code and party political broadcasts.
So, how does all this regulatory guidance and oversight this manifest itself in the event of an actual breach of the terms of the license or in the advent of a well founded and evidence complaint made in good faith.

It seems, not at all.   Recently, several people have spoken with supremeleader.eu following complaints made to the BBC (and subsequently Ofcom) upon a range of issues.  Most recently, the disgusting behaviour, alliances and conduct of the Panorama team which were captured on Camera and is currently going viral around the world.    We can only hope they end up in jail where they belong.   However, despite some pretty clear concerns and some well documented evidence, it seem that what people are receiving back,  are usually generic copy paste responses covering none of the points raised within the complaint whatsoever and treating the complaint with complete negligence, even contempt.

The BBC is at a point where it has become less trusted and less credible than even more overtly biased channels such as ‘Russia Today, CNN, DW or Sky News’.  The sheer scale of the bias throughout the 2016 EU referendum campaign was the first time which many British people begun to realise just how far the BBC had strayed from the reliable integrity they had come to expect based upon the programming of decades past.   This led many viewers to begin to take an interest in alternative media and fact checking in a way th at has never really happened before.  It is very difficult to present a prejudiced view or use editing trick to misrepresent an individual,  when the actual uncut footage or unbiased information is a mere click away.
The BBC it seems, have had a monopoly on information for so long, that they have not yet realised that outside of the BBC Bubble, the world has moved on.  The BBC went from ‘auntie’ to ‘big brother’ mouthpiece of globalist interests, seemingly, overnight.
Nothing has brought mainstream media into clearer focus than behaviour around some of the figures mentioned at the beginning of this piece, which have acted as a rallying cry for ordinary people that are entirely bored with the overpaid propagandists, calling them ‘stupid’, implying that they are unable to understand topics which they are often more qualified to explain than condescending interviewers.  Who do they think build the businesses and pay the taxes that pay for the isolated mainstream media bubble in the first place?
Youtube is awash with examples of prejudicial, ignorant and rude interviewers, biased programming and even completely unsubstantiated fake reporting which have gone viral, worldwide causing enormous harm to the perceptions of Britain as a fair and lawful nation.
Yet, if one wanted to regulate the media effectively, particularly the BBC,  even the most cursory due diligence demonstrates incontrovertible evidence of the BBC and other mainstream media outlets stepping completely outside of regulatory guidelines.  So where is Ofcom?  What is going to change?
The BBC, Sky News, CNN, all seem to be in a race to the bottom.  However, it is the BBC’s which are the most egregious offenders, as they BBC benefits enormously from the monopoly they were given and the captive market funding which is generated by it.  One can only wonder how many people would currently chose to pay the license fee were it not a state run monopoly?.
Last week, the BBC were dealt what should have been, and may still prove to be, a death blow.  Certain senior people in the UK government and the BBC have been perusing and persecuting Tommy Robinson in an incredibly alarming campaign over many years.  Like many individuals, Mr Robinson is probably far from perfect but he has 100% more in common with ordinary British people than either the increasingly anti democratic political establishment or the mainstream media.  Since he reinvented himself as a reporter and activist he has visibly worked to demonstrate corruption and hypocrisy within the establishment, breaking news concerning the activities of predominantly Pakistani rape gangs, seemingly operating with impunity  across the country for many years before the UK legal system would even acknowledge it.

However, perhaps because of this and his criticism and exposure of extremists, the UK establishment appear to ‘want his head’, to such a degree that they have almost become unhinged.    The persecution of this individual has created international concern with articles and images going around the world bringing the UK judiciary, government and media into incredible disrepute.
Many around the world will remember the irregular procedure which saw to his arrest for reporting from outside a court room, inadvertently breaking a reporting restriction.   The wide reporting of the strange and unusual conditions of his short incarceration before being released by the UK Attorney General in recognition of the irregular acts of the original judge.
To be clear, he was prosecuted for something the mainstream media do, on average, twice, every week.  Few will forget  picture of an extremely arrogant judge, sneering down from his window ‘on high’.   Based upon his own comments, this was extremely biased judge smiling down as a member of the working class was handcuffed, sentenced and bundled off to prison within 5 years.  Where it had taken decades to have the most vile and widespread pedophile gang in history decades to investigation.  This, despite asking police several times if he was permitted to film there.  Indeed, that picture itself is burned in the mind of anti corruption and legal equality campaigners everywhere.
It seems that, the BBC were not willing to let it go.  Mr Robinson had exposed extreme bias within the BBC several times and it seems that this enormous institution, was genuinely out to get him. Going to far as to work with extremists groups, offering to pay ex employees to make false accusations of sexual harassment and bear false witness.  Labelling the project “Tommy Takedown’.
Using their power to try to attack a very popular figure  ( 600,000 people signed a release Tommy petition after the irregular incarceration and there were rallies of support around the world).  They tried to take advantage of people who are down on their luck and/or poor financial circumstances when they are at their most vulnerable.   Even going to go so far as to use their alliance with extremists to create those circumstance themselves in order to take advantage of the individual. They blatantly and on camera, have been recorded using alcohol and cash to try to create completely fake news.
After a tip off from an employee with which the had not parted on good terms, counter surveillance of those involved in a BBC sting operation took place.   As a result of the credibility of the BBC itself is in tatters.   The images, video and audio recording showed some truly dark dealings by the BBC.  The evidence, shows that the BBC have absolutely no regard at all for their charter and obligation and may even have gone far outside of the law.  One can only wonder how often they have got away with this in the past.  How many lives have been destroyed by this evil, corrupt organisation?
Racist comments from a senior BBC figure.
A senior BBC reporter talking of his deep admiration for former IRA leader Martin McGuiness.
That the BBC pay people significant sums of money to create false testimony against anyone that they don’t agree with.
Inciting witnesses to lie to create fake news and allegations on things which never happened.
That the BBC intended to use creative editing of the material they gained to paint a false picture of the individual.
Large quantities of alcohol were used in an attempt to colour the judgement of the witness.
The public being referred to as ‘like Cannibals in the Amazon’. With this senior BBC official going so far as to say he rarely gets to mix with the ordinary people he looks down upon so much.  Clearly, felt like he was on some sort of Safari.
Work with thugs that have overly threatened conservative commentators.
Aligned with a convicted extremist organisation known as ‘Hope not Hate’. A group that have been convicted of fraud after faking news and trying to brand conservatives of being ‘far right’.  For which they were fined 1 million pounds.
This group have been caught using exaggerated ‘so called’ hate crime statistics by 3000% and slander anyone who is not aligned with George Soros and the extreme left.   They are funded by George Soros, the billion that funds illegal migrant trafficking.
They have intimidated people, threatened and blackmailed people.
Are alleged to have sexually assaulted a young reporter following interrogation while heavily intoxicated.  He woke up after passing out to find this individual half naked on top of him.
Tried to intimidate a young former reporter from Rebel Media, into giving false information and give interviews to mainstream media.
Waged a three month campaign of intimidation and harassment against two ex Rebel Media reporters.   Rebel media is a Canadian conservative news agency.

A BBC reporter was present in person during some of these nefarious activities. This campaign appears to have been led by a very senior BBC reporter, John Sweeney
Think about that for a minute.  This is the organisation the BBC has been working hand in hand with for some time.  A group that destroys lives, sexually assaults victims,  intimidates them and uses any means, allegedly including and up to illegal activities, to silence or coerce them.  These are caught on camera or with first person testimony:  You can watch the finished documentary here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wNd2bvLvyk4

A quote from ‘hope not hate’ former spin doctor Dan Hodges admits much:

‘It was no-holds-barred, bare knuckle, PR.  We used every dirty’ underhand, low                                              down, unscrupulous trick in the book’
Yet this group now work hand in hand with the BBC.    Indeed, they brag about it in videos online, as well as links with more well known violent extremists, Antifa.   It seems a billionaire patron can get you a long way, no matter how extremist and hate filled your rhetoric.  Indeed, they are a useful attack dog for mainstream media organisations.   More recently, there are actions of intimidation to pressure some targets into sex during their campaign to blackmail certain individuals.
They also organise campaigns against individuals to try and make sure that they lose their job and bankrupt them as was the case with former banker Tom Dupree.
Tom Dupree had made the mistake of commenting online in fairly broad, non extreme terms about migration, Islam and other issues of the day when he was the subject of a ‘Hope not Hate’ operation.
This is a thinly disguised extremist terrorist organisation that are known to be monitored by several international security organisations.
Since the footage of this unsavoury corrupt behaviour the BBC have only doubled down on the thuggish bully boy tactics engaged to gain some sort of revenge against Tommy Robinson.
A  BBC correspondent was able to use his credentials as a Muslim to make false claims against Mr Robinson and applied pressure on Facebook and other social media to try to silence the expose against the BBC.  This is the deepest corruption, exposed among the British Establishment for a generation.
If you are worried about corruption, the misspending of the huge budget behind the BBC and their unholy alliance with some very, very, dark forces, write to your MP, raise a complaint with the BBC and Ofcom.  Insist that the BBC lose their license or are subject to supervised reform.
Does this sound like the BBC are operating within the terms of their license and charter?   Should they be abolished as a state owned monopolistic dinosaur operating outside of any reasonable standards whatsover.

Are they completely outside of the law?  Where are the regulatory actions, when is the prosecution?
They are no impartial, they are not serving the public purpose.  They are not reporting the news working on behalf of the British Public to bring us the news.  They ARE THE NEWS and the purveyors of fake news,  exposed for their corrupt and disgraceful behaviour.
