In an absolutely bizarre rant, EU President Donald Trusk came today told the press that ‘LEAVE’ voters deserve a special place in hell!?.  To quote him directly ‘I have been wondering what the special place in hell reserved for those that promoted Brexit without a sketch of plan looks like’.  This is simply not true and it shows a staggering lack of understanding concerning what happened in Britain and is happening now, more widely, all across Europe. 
Did he intend this to mean those such as Gerard Battern, leader of UKIP who published his own plan almost four years ago?.  Or David Davis whose plan was so ambitious and frightening for Britain’s PM, so desperate to find a way to remain, that is has remained locked in a ministry safe ever since?  Though said to be emminently sensible and far more coherent than anything Britain’s Prime Minister has promoted so far by those who have read it.   Or some of the commentators and economists, who have actually been involved in serious planning around issues such as ports and shipping to mitigate risk ahead of time, despite the attempts on both sides to potray business outside of the EU as impossible. 
More broadly, this was a demonstration of poor judgement. Mr Trusk still does not seem to have grasped what is happening in his own back yard.   Brexit was part of the wave of Nationalist Populism still increasing in scale and scope as it sweeps Europe, as a direct result of the effect of globalist ambitions and ever decreasing democratic accountability.   During the lead up to the Brexit referendum, few were on the fence, more so than any official campaign, it was people talking to each other that really fuelled Brexit.  Their experiences and their concerns and deeply held worries about austerity, immigration and the plans of globalists to dismantle their democratic rights, which led people to reject globalism.  These were the people truly promoting Brexit and it is this that has meant that the exhaustive and heavily biased campaigns by mainstream media in favour of globalism, have been almost entirely unsuccessful.   So well done Mr Trusk!,  you just insulted millions and millions of people.
Even CNN wouldnt have had the talent for ‘fake news’ to make this up.
Donald Trusk used to seem more taciturn, less, well….. less completely drunk with power and arrogance than his peers.  Perhaps, all the more scary for the glimmer of professionalism and the impression one got of a coldly calculating mind.  Not anymore, he went utterly off script today in spectacular fashion.  He has generated more humour than I have seen for quite some time in Britain.  Until you remember, Theresa May is still in power, Corbyn is the other choice….. which means, Umana, Abbott, Starmer and the other unelectables.  Those laughs can go from happy to somewhat hysterical very quickly these days.
But, think about this for a moment.  The ANTI CHRISTIAN (because they want to destroy identity, pro Islamic, EU, using a religious construct to attack 17.5 million people!.  Incompetence, layered upon unprofessionalism ad infinitum.  It is like a race to the bottom between the European Commission and the British Parliament.  Who will hit the incompetence singularity first?  What happens when they do? 
Let’s just hope we don’t get dragged down with them.
